People think that weight loss is only about diet and exercise and they
forget one very important element - THE MIND.
Unless you take control of your mind there is no way you are going to
get your food intake and exercise routine correct long term, no matter
how hard you try. In order to take excess weight off and keep it off you
have to exercise both the body and the mind, this you will be shown how
to do when you come for your sessions at the HypnoResults Clinic.
I have a very high success rate with my clients because I have done a
lot of research into the weight loss industry over the years and what it
takes to lose weight and keep it off. This lead me to develop my
hypnotherapy weight loss program, I have come up with a program that
works providing clients take my advice.
I can also relate personally with my clients because I have been on
every diet in existence over the years, losing weight only to regain it
again and again when I went off the diets. I also avoided exercising
thinking I could lose weight and keep it off with diet alone. Dieting
makes you sick long term and I became very ill over the years from
dieting and eating diet packaged foods. I now know the only way to lose
weight permanently is by eating a healthy range of fresh nutritious
food, taking in less calories and exercising regularly. Weight loss also
takes time, it probably took you years to gain all that weight and it
will take you time to take it off. This program will help you to stick
to a healthy eating and exercise plan for life. Successful weigh loss
and fitness involves a change of mind as well as a life style change.
Hypnotherapy is not a magic wand where weight loss is concerned,
but it will help you to feel more motivated to eat healthy and to
exercise regularly. I will only work with you providing you are

change at a deep level in your sub-conscious mind. This is the part of

clinical study, where treatments included group hypnosis, individual
hypnosis and maintenance suggestions. An average of 7.7kgs was lost by

If you have more than 10 kilos to release, I recommend clients commit

attending at least 4 to 6 sessions, this is because weight reduction

Each 90 min session
costs $150.00 and when attending and paying for the first session
payment is required for the second session in advance. $300.00. This

Any hypnosis packages paid in advance are non refundable, sessions can
be re-booked at a later date with out any extra charges providing 48
hours notice is given in advance for the changes, (Mon-Fri 9am-5.00pm ).
So if your appointment is on a Monday, you will need to cancel it on
the Thursday before during business hours. If it is on a Tuesday, you
will need to cancel the Friday before during business hours and so on.
What happens at the sessions
At the first session we discuss what you want to achieve and we do a
short session of hypnosis. Following sessions will vary according to
your needs. We use a range of hypnotherapy, some could involve
interactive techniques that solve inner conflicts or resolve the
underlying cause.
My role as hypnotherapist is similar to going to the gym and having a
personal trainer that knows how to get specific muscles in shape. So
think of me as your personal coach and trainer for the muscles of your
mind, a sort of mind mechanic, your partner helping and supporting you
to achieve your goals. There will come a time when you will be able to
use all the equipment in your mind without me.

I have no difficulty in eating natural, healthy fruit and vegetables with a small amount of protein and have completely given up processed food and most carbohydrates. Not being very keen about exercise, I am surprised how addicted I have become and need to be physically active at every opportunity.
